Training is such an influential and crucial factor in making the best use of people, making them more effective/confident and helping each one of them to help themselves to achieve their potential.
The main purpose of this section is to try to collate 'what's on offer' in and around the Crowborough area. It is not intended to promote one business / organisation more than another; business people still have to make their own choices and decisions.
Identifying sources and having easy access to training on offer is particularly important especially in the current and predicted economic climate.
Eventually, the list of and links (when I know /am confident enough!!) to individual training sources will comprise the widest possible range of providers; the criteria for inclusion must be training that is business related. In addition to links to training programmes, this particular page will also include general items that are considered to be training related e.g. management training tips (open to suggestions!!)
This page is available to virtually anyone undertaking any form or type of training that benefits businesses in some way.
Some may want a link to their Home Page; others may want a link to their calendar of courses. It's down to the individual business.
Training providers can choose their preferred link. In addition to their link, I will need a short introduction about them / their business / what types of course etc., they offer.
This would enable me to display a list of the individual personal/company names of each provider followed by a précis (no more 40 words) of their courses etc., - then their chosen link. That would hopefully make it easier for researchers to identify which link would be the most appropriate.
